FAZ 100c Hard Disk Usage 1967%

Our FAZ 100c is showing a disk usage of 1967%.

I have tried exe format ext4 with no change.

The only event alert messages that I get are:

Mar 11, 11:48:39 -'/Storage' is not mountedMar 11, 11:48:39 -'/drive0' is not mountedMar 11, 11:48:39 -'/var' is not mounted

Does this indicate a bad drive?  Or does anyone have any recommendations.

from error I think disk detected failed and there is no disk mounted in the systeam

you can check "diag system print df" and also console should print error when you reboot device

We experience exactly the same problem.

get sys status returns:

Disk Usage                      : Free 0.00GB, Total 0.00GB

diagnose system print df returns:

Filesystem           1K-blocks      Used Available Use% Mounted on none                    607888         0    607888   0% /dev/shm none                     65536        24     65512   0% /tmp /dev/sda1               238003     57271    180732  24% /data /dev/loop0                9911      1121      8278  12% /var/dm/tcl-root

Is there any solution?

The 100c like the one in the original post.

you can try "diagnose system disk info" see if system still can recognize the disk

and try re-format disk see if can bring disk back, if still not working, then seems disk broken

by the way, format disk will lose all your data
