FAP321E offline and no FW Updates

In my house I have three 221E and one 321E. Since I upgraded my Fortigate 60F to 7.4.2 I'm having problems with my 321E, which shows as offline, even it shows the switch port to which it's connectet and also the switch shows it as connected. The 321E has 6.4 according to the Fortigate. My main problem is the AP showing offline, the second thing I don't understand is, why the 221E gets Updates to 7.4 but the 321E from the same year doesn't...

After shutting down the switch port, turning off PoE and turning all back on it came back on. Before that I was able to ping it and it was there, just not online on the Fortigate. Now it is online again, I'm just wondering for how long...
