FAC user

Hi

I am currently trying to move some users in a the right group on the FAC, however it fails if i am attempting to move more than 30-40 at time. is there currently a bug or is just a limitation? i am running v4.00-build0019-20151007-patch00.

Hi,

it depends where and how do you move users. If in built-in LDAP server or in system GUI/Authentication/User Management/User Groups. Therefore it might or might not be related to known issue #365243 fixed in 4.1.1. But if it's still issue I'd suggest to open ticket on the Support and provide config backup + error report (if GUI generated one as it should) + Debug Reports from GUI/Logging section
