FAC have two user Database but second not work...

Hi All

I have a  problem need help.

Our SSLVPN Gateway has two user database , one using Microsoft AD,  another using local DB in VPN gateway.

Now we want strong security control , so using FAC to make two-factor authentication.

version was   v4.00-build0081-20160601-patch00

one DB allow using AD, local DB transfer to FAC's local user and user group.

but we only work one DB in one time, another will login fail as log : Remote LDAP user authentication with no token failed: NAS forces two-factor auth but user token not defined

we try two way to test this

1. Create different profile in one radius client. the Top one will work ,and bottom one was auth fail and logging massage.

2.In one profile add two Realms. Default one will work, another was auth fail and logging massage.

Does any one could teach me  how to using two user DB  on one RADIUS client in the same time?
