Export Fortigate root CA cert. to PEM format

Hi All,

I would like to enable the SSL Deep Inspection, so have to import the Fortigate CA cert. into the client browsers. For IE, it's done via Group Policy, however, it's not that easy for Firefox & Chrome browser. After a long checking and trying for Firefox with the certutil.exe NSS tool, it seems that still can't import the certificate even there is no error message. With some checking, firefox seems need to import the cert. in PEM format, so my question is, how can I export or convert the Fortigate certificate from crt to pem format?

Thanks!

Have you tried and looked at openssl? It will easily allow youto convert cert via rasautil functions. I'm not sure about the other browsers but double check your following the import of the fortigateCAroot correctly on those browsers. I would hand test a few.
