Hello,
We have a session profile for incoming connections (IP based policy) where we're checking the sender domain ('Check sender domain' option is checked for unauthenticated sessions). But we're having a problem with one particular sender which is sending us mail from the 'non existing' domain. Naturally, FortiMail is rejecting those messages, because the sender domain is non-resolvable. Is there a way to exempt this particular sender from the session profile limitations?
We've tried putting it on the system/domain safe list, it did not work. Then we tried using the 'Enable sender safe list checking' option in that session profile, but it did not work. Any ideas?
Cheers,
Slavko
