Event Handler Rule modification for IP range

I am trying to modify a rule on my fortianalyzer-200D to white list a known testing IP range from the event manager rules.  Currently I can white list individual IP's using srcip!=X.  Image attached of what I was trying to do (rule accepts the syntax just fine, but does not actually change anything)
