Error when trying to register a FortiGate

Hello all, We have a FortiGate that can' t register completely. Web filtering and Email fitlring are correctly register, but not the other: FortiGate 80C In HA Version 4 MR3 Patch5 Support Contract Registration Unreachable FortiGuard Services AntiVirus Unreachable IPS & Vulnerability Scan Unreachable Web Filtering Licensed (Expires 2015-04-23) Email Filtering Licensed (Expires 2015-04-23) Analysis & Management Not Registered Virtual Domain VDOMs Allowed 10 On CLI, I tried to launch manualy the registration, but I' ve got the message: FortiGate (global) # execute update-now Command fail. Return code -6 Of course, I verify so many time DNS, link and so far. I check MTU too (in case of). I' ve try on port 53 and 8888 too. Do you means want is the description of this return code? Do you where found a list of all Return Code? Do you have an idea to resolv this? Thanks & Regards!

Please kindly to do this 1/ In CLI set: config system foritguard set hostname guard.fortinet.net end 2/ reboot the device. After that u can connect with fortiguard.
