Error forward traffic

When checking traffic to Internet Device column of the name of a pc appears, but the traffic goes from different pc's I think I should appear the name of each source.

It looks like all traffic is coming from a common MAC address. Is that a terminal server, or a proxy?

It is a laptop from a user , not a server class

That looks wrong. Is there anything special if you look at the Device definition of that laptop? MAC address correct?

Of the other users, do you see any of their PC recognized in "Devices and Users"?

BTW, which version of FortiOS?  I guess v5.something on a FG-200B.

the mac looks fine, i remove the device but appears again

No doubt this PC exists and is seen - my question was about the PCs of the other users. Is none of them detected?

v5.0.4 is quite old. I would recommend upgrading to at least 5.0.7 to avoid a major bug in the SSL stack. The current version 5.0.12 is stable.

 

If you consider upgrading, please read the Release Notes carefully for intermediate steps to take, and Bugs fixed and Known Bugs.

I found equipment belonging to that MAC address , the switch core then I do not know why my mac address of my switch traffic on the forward fortinet
