Hi Reims
It seems you are migrating a hardware/software switch to a VLAN, right?
Probably this is not supported.

I migrate physical interface (port 5) with vlans (vlan test-migration) :
to software switch with other physical interface (port 6).
Are you understand ?

Hi,
Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?
Fortinet functionality buggy or the problem comes from the technician ?
Thanks !
Hello Reims
Tried the same on FOS 7.0.15 and it seems working fine for me.
Initially I have port6 containing VLAN "test-v", and software switch "test-sw" made from port7 and containing VLAN "test-v2".
As show below migrating port6 to software switch is successful:
The result is shown below:
For info I have FGT 200F with FOS 7.0.15.
Are there some objects that depend on test-migration VLAN, like IPsec or other?
Can you post full screenshots of the migration operation?
Or is it possible that this operation is not supported on the 501E? You may need to open a ticket to get a a clear response.
I manage to migrate a physical interface without a vlan but with a simple vlan, it no longer works.
I will create a support ticket.
Thanks again!
This is exactly my testing protocol.
Thanks for the response, this doesn't solve my problem but I know it should work.
Now I need to find out why I got an error.
Thanks.
