Hi,
my macbook pro just has been set up for a vpn connection, for home office. As I tried to connect from home I allways get the Error code: 0x204.
When connecting via iphone, everything is fine. Is there anything I should change in the settings of my modem router?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Can you please confirm the Forticlient firmware version you are using to connect to VPN, is it a paid or free version?
-Sometimes you would get the error for local mac book security settings or local firewall settings on the device.

I think you should check if your home router has any configured firewall, or eventually the firewall profile of your MacOS when it connects from home router.
On the other hand, can you confirm if the mentioned error message "Error code: 0x204" generated from the FortiClient itself or from another Windows application?
