Error - can't make changes

I've got a brand new FSW-248D-FPOE running 3.4.2. I can't make any changes at all. Any change attempted (IP address, idle timeout, etc) brings back the following error:

Forbidden (403)

CSRF verification failed. Request aborted.

More information is available with DEBUG=True.

Anyone got a clue how to make this switch manageable?

Used CLI to change the mgt IP and admintimeout. Now I no longer get the error when attempting to make changes from the GUI. Weird.
