Error and logout page in external captive portal

hello 

I working on fortigate external captive portal and I using this tutorial

my problem is when user inserted  wrong username or password and tried again the second request not sent to the  radius server  until the user try to access  any website for example facebook.com he will redirect again to login page and can insert username and password , and the request will be proceed .

 in this link there is an example of external captive portal from  fortinet company .but it has the same error (not sent the request to the radius server until user trying to access website and has new Magic id )

in that example there is some choice if the authentication success, fail ,  logout 

but I don't know how can I using this pages to correct my wrong

I to have the same problem.

After a unseccuesful login the page is redirected to {externalportalurl}/?Auth=Failed

After this de magic will change and the only way to try again is to visit a other website.

The only solution i see is to redirect the user to the company website after a unsuccesful login to force a new magic.
