Error Codes Forticlient

Dear readers and forums posters,

i was wondering if someone can point me to the list of all the error codes that you may or might get when trying to connect to your internal network using the forticlient VPN client.

Our current company has a Fortigate 100E and is using SSL-VPN tunnel for vpn connections.

we are currently using the FortiVPN Client version 6.2.x and 6.4.x.

The most common errors i have seen since deployment are -8, -14, -20199 and to be honest the only error code i could possibly imagine what it could me is the -14. i only get this error code when the username and password are incorrect.

It is impossible that Fortinet's website does not have a list of error codes for their various programs. Either a hacker infiltrated their system and deleted them, or they were stored in a location that lost contact with their web site.

I cannot find such a list by any search I can think of at Fortinet's website or at Google.com.

I hope the missing data is restored soon.

I found the link below from Forticlient more helpful.  One of the links that are provided above were actually for cisco client vpn error codes, so not relevant.

Forticlient support:  Is there a better percentage failure list than the one I found below?>!    I know that I have seen a useful percentage error list in the past and that should be referenced in this chat as well.

How about this one?

In case 2FA like FortiToken is involved, even when the password is not matching, we get an error -7200(?) at 48%, not at 45%.

Thanks.   That one was the one I remember seeing.
