Apologies I dont work in IT. Currently working from home due to COVID-19 and accessing office server using remote access. Normally connect laptop to the Internet via home wifi. Occasionally I lose wifi and connect laptop to Internet using my Android 10 (Samsung S9) Mobile Hotspot. However, when I do this I can no longer connect my laptop to the server using FortiClient Remote Access, it comes up with an error message (-5029) TLS settings - see attached screenshot. My IT Manager is not familiar with Android phones and thinks its a setting in my phone. I have tried settings>network and changing it to 3G only but that didn't work. Really could do with your assistance.
