Error -333 while Registering FortiToken Mobile in CLI

I am registering FortiToken Mobile Key for a Fortigate 1500D Cluster. I am getting Error -333.

Similarly while Registering FortiSMS we are getting same error. Error -333

I would start to check FortiGuard reachability ..

ping directregistration.fortinet.com

 

Not pinging, no IP translated ?

check DNS settings and what FortiGate things about DNS records for FortiGuard..

diag test application dnsproxy 7
