After an update to my Windows Server 2022, Fortinet Single Sing On Agent Configutation stopped retrieving Show Logon Users information, is there any way to find out how to solve this?
I changed our settings from the DC agent to event log polling as a workaround, that got us going.

I am trying the 5.0.0315 version as described above to see if it solves the problem in Server 2019. Will report tomorrow.
Hello, it worked for you when you updated, I have the same problem.
Had to revert to 5.0.0314 and removed the update.
Which versions of FortiOS are compatible with version 5.0.0315 ?
I've removed the update, pending a solution from FortiNet
We are also experiencing the issue and have an open ticket. So far, support has come back with uninstall update until dev team can resolve agent DLL lsass issue. As an aside, it took a lot of convincing and hoop jumping to get support up to speed and the response time was 5 days. I don't know what's going on within the organization but I'm worried.
This affects the DCAgent, which reports to the FSSO Collector. I haven't seen a distinction or explanation which agents are affected in what mode. Polling mode makes it work, the Collector Agent version makes no difference and they "usually" work just fine with any other version of DC/TS agent or FortiGate, unless there is some feature that needs to be supported by both. I'm now not taking the release notes and the supported version in consideration, they will still need consideration for the supported base OS the agents are running on.
Best regards,
Markus
