'Entry not Found' error - when try to use shape role based on MAC address or FSSO

Hello

i have a strange problem with our Fortigate 200E,

the device work fine when use "IP Address",

but we have a big number of devices and use DHCP server,

and as you know in some last update the filter bey device 'As address' is removed,

so we tried to filter by MAC Address and added an entry for each device (Mobile or Laptop) we need to filter,

the problem is

after creating the role and add the device address (which created by device MAC Address) Or (if tried to filter with User FSSO account)

and click on Apply,

we got an error 'Entry not Found
