Entitlement File not reflecting new expiry date on fortimanager

i am doing license renewal for fortiproxy using fortimanager as fortiguard server in an air-gapped environment.

after uploading the entitlement file into fortimanager, i could not see the new expiry date when executing the below command:

diagnose fmupdate fds-dump subs

can anyone advise if there is any issue with the entitlement file?
