We have a problem
The bandwidth we applied for was 300Mbps, but the actual bandwidth was only 150Mbps.
Is it related to the internal function restriction of the firewall? If it is unavoidable, do I need to upgrade the hardware? I have checked the CPU and RAM first and they are all normal.
The product we use is FortiGate100D
In the related policy (LAN-to-WAN), try set it "flow inspection mode", remove any security profile and set SSL inspection to no inspection, then do the test again and share the result.
Also, when you connect your laptop directly to the external router, do you actually have 300Mbps?
Directly without FortiGate100D, the bandwidth is 300Mbps.
We later found out that the problem was with the wifi. Some of the bandwidth would be consumed when using wifi. It was normal when connected to a wired network. The wifi problem is still being confirmed. Thank you for your reply.
