Enabling any Security Profile breaks social media

I am using deep-ssl inspection with certificates installed on client devices. Having only deep-ssl enabled works fine for LAN to WAN, but the second I add any of the security profiles, even just monitor all web traffic or filefilter.. no matter which I pick the second I enable it on the policy social media breaks for mobile users. Twitter, snapchat, tik-tok, etc stop loading content.Any idea why this might be happening? Policy: https://imgur.com/a/JJuKcRn

Those are the only websites that break?  I would assume that the certificates are not properly installed or else the application uses its own certificate store.  You can add exclusions for certain websites in your deep inspection profile to avoid these issues.
