Enabling Google Mail POP through FGT-60

Hi All We have a FGT-60 firewall and we ant to be able to collect Google mail POP through Microsoft Outlook 2003. We have all the port settings necessary entered into Outlook; 995 and 465, and I have added these into the firewall' s policy as an allowed service, but the outlook ' test' mode keeps failing, saying that it can not contact the server. Any advice? Thanks

You always leave it as the default, IE 1 to 65535, as the source port is randomly selected by the sending machine, so is different each time. You create a custom entry, put an name in and select tcp and or udp and only put in the source port, if you are doing one at a time, like port 995, then you would put that in both the destination low AND high port numbers. YOU SHOULD NOT TOUCH THE SOURCE PORT LOW AND HIGH DEFAULT NUMBERS, EVER. unless a specific app requests it, which is unheard of.

So when I put 465 for the low port and 995 for the high port, does that mean I opened everything in between? Should I have done 2 port settings for the service and had one set to 465 for both low & high and the other one set to 995 for both low & high?
