Empty Log when checking session ID from quarantined objects

Any clues why this is happening?

Hi @Delmar 

 

By default FortiMail will show Cross search for 5mins. So if any email has been processed for more than 5mins it will not show. You can increase it by right clicking in the log and select another time interval for this specific log
