Email interaction
Hi , Is there anyway to respond to Fortinet Support case from my business email rather than common account was used during ticket creation ??? I couldn't add new user to Email interaction .

Hey majedfivb,
you would have to log into support.fortinet.com on your account.
Then you need to add a user, and set your business email address:
During user creation, set the appropriate permissions.
Or, change the Account ID to your business email, if the other email is not in use/should not longer be associated with the account.
Once your business email is associated with the account, you can then use your business email to reply.
