Email filter and security log missing

Hi All.

I have a fortigate 70d 5.2.8. I just enable email filter but i don't have email filter in security log.

I try this

# config spamfilter profile # edit [Name of profile] # set extended-utm-log [enable | disable] # end

But this command "set extended-utm-log" it's not present.

Thanks

Thanks for replay.

I don't have this command in spamfilter profile: # set extended-utm-log

set extended-utm-log
was removed in FOS v5.2.

set spam-log enable
is (probably) what you're looking for. There is an additional logging option for each protocol (imap, smtp, pop3) in the respective section.

Do you actually use the mail filter profile in a policy? Have you checked that mail traffic is passing through this policy?

I had the same problem, too. You have to enable spam-log in the default profile and generate some test logs.

Then in the gui under Log&Report 'Anti-Spam' logs appears.

config spamfilter profile   edit "default" set spam-log enable

end

diag log test
