Email delivery issue to yahoo with Error DKIM Check Failed. The body hash is not valid.

Someone should please assist me with this issue and get a solution for me please.

The sender tried sending mail to yahoo recipient but mail failed to deliver.

Hello Firdausi,

Usually, this log would indicate an issue with the DKIM public key or modifications in the message body.

However, the 'DKIM Check Failed' log is not visible in the screen shot.

It would be best to raise a TAC case for this issue, as we will need to check logs and configuration.
