Email archive not working

In one of our customer' s environment they have 1 60B firewall & 100C Analyzer. Recently they have moved to office 365 cloud based email hosting. After the new implementation of office 365 the email archiving is not working. After I check the outlook config it is done as exchange mail configuration. According to my knowledge, this config works on HTTP & HTTPS protocols on back end. After checking the logs I found the traffic is categorized as web with ENC protocol. I have also tried with all protocols option for archiving with CLI but still no success found. I only get logs in web archive. How I can archive the mails in this scenario.

Isn' t it that the mail with Live 635 is stored on the cloud? There is no way the 60B will know if the HTTP/HTTPS stream is mail or not, so there is no way to capture email that way. (that' s assuming the webmail approach) I may be wrong here..... The FGT can only capture POP and SMTP mail streams.
