Email Filtering issue

We are using Email filtering feature in our Fortigate 200D device, we have blacklist so many email addresses along with google group domain from where we are getting continuously marketing emails to our employees. The issue is that our email filtering feature is not blocking emails from google group domain and neither it tags those emails with spam tag, infact it is not tagging any spam email as spam on their subject. I have attached the snap shot of my fortigate setting, if any one could help me on this issue. Regards, Raza
