Email Alert Notification - Fortigate Logo Image is not loading

Hi,

I have configured an automation stitch with an Email action following this technical link: Replacement messages for email alerts | FortiGate / FortiOS 7.0.0 | Fortinet Document Library

However, the email I received is missing the FortiGate logo on top of the email alert.

Instead of the FortiGate logo/icon, I am seeing this:

Hope you can direct me on which steps to work on to successfully to load the Fortinet logo.

You mentioned that the Fortinet logo is missing from the emails you receive. Could you please confirm whether you are not viewing the logo in email through a mobile app? or a web browser? or both?

Hi @samandeep,

I am accessing the email through MS Outlook - logo not showing.

It looks like there is issue in https://filestore.fortinet.com/fortiguard/logo_v3_fguard_app.png with 404 Not Found error.
