I want edit a network interface in CLI via putty as i cannot access mgmt port i need to remove the trusted host settings as they are blocking a

I'm guessing you can't even get to the CLI remotely due to the trusthost settings. Then you probably need to go there and use the console port.

You can't access the command line through SSH because of the settings of the trusted host. You can first clear the configuration of the trusted host or add a new trusted host.
