There was barely anything in its China offices 4 years ago except some sales people. :) The main research centers are still in US and Canada only. Fortigate is being worked on from these two countries, exclusively. Sorry, no flame wars, just facts.

Sorry, no flame wars, just facts.I agree on the first part, but the coding is done by the chinese, I am sure I was told by fortinet staff a while ago. Thats also why there are the odd translation hiccups on the GUI as well.
