Dropped Byte Traffic Shapper

In normal condition where the internet traffic not fully utilize why in the traffic shapper there is dropped bytes?

I assumed dropped bytes will be occured when the traffic is congested or fully utilize. Someone know why?

MS Teams traffic likely momentarily exceeded 100 Mbps. That's why you're seeing it as dropped bytes. If dropped bytes were very high, you might be concerned, but since they're low, I think this is normal.
