Drives mouse & keyboard no response on portal

Hello,

I'v a trouble for using SSL Portal on tablet and mobilephone. 

I want a RDP connection by SSL portal on tablet & mobilephone.

Connection to the portal and RDP : ok. But when i'm connected on the server or computer, mouse & keyboard has no reaction.

If someone have any solution or tips ?

Do you think, does using the forticlient can solved this problem?

Informations for the tablet & mobilephone :

Tablet : Galaxy tab  SM-T535

Mobilephone : Samsung Galaxy S9

Testing on many navigator : IE, Chrome, Firefox

Tablet & mobilephone is uptodate.
