Download logs from Fortigate

Hi, Is it possible to download the logs from the Fortigate UTM instead of sending it to a syslog or FortiAnalyzer? Many thanks, Laurence

Does your FortiGate have a Hard drive? If it does not have a local hard drive then no, you cannot " download" the logs from the unit. Good luck! -Matt

Hi Matt, Thanks for the really quick answer! I have a 51B, which has an internal drive. Logs are being sent to both memory and disk, however I can' t see any option to download these logs from the web interface. Do you have any clue? Cheers, Laurence

For units with HD' s you can configure the FortiGate to send the Logs to an FTP server when the logs roll over. This can be configured in 
config log disk setting
I was thinking that you could also download them via the GUI but that may have been in older firmware.

can anyone tell me? FGT with HDD model can see how many report in pdf format like FA and also can we see real time traffic?
