Does the Fortinet FW in AWS come with a UTP License?

We're looking to spin up a Fortigate in AWS for a LAB and possibly a forti manager 

Does the Fortigate in AWS come with a UTP license when you pay for it on an hourly basis? is this the same for Forti mananger ?

Licensing
With a multitude of deployment methods supported across various private and public cloud deployments, FortiGate-VM for AWS supports both
on-demand (PAYG) and bring-your-own-license (BYOL) licensing models.

On-demand licensing is a highly flexible option for both initial deployments and growing them as needed. With a wide selection of supported
instance types, there is a solution for every use case. This license offers FortiOS with a UTP bundle.

BYOL is ideal for migration use cases, where an existing private cloud deployment is migrated to a public cloud deployment. When using an
existing license, the only additional cost would be the price for the AWS instances

FortiManager-VM is licensed based on the number of managed devices, amount of logging per day, and storage
capacity. Refer to price lists and order SKUs available through your resellers/distributors. These are also referred to as
BYOL models.
You can deploy FortiManager-VM using different CPU and RAM sizes and launch them on various private and public
cloud platforms.
