Does SSL Deep Inspection Mirrored traffic contain all packets from the firewall policy?

Say I have a rule for outbound internet traffic that allows HTTP and HTTPS. I then setup SSL deep inspection for it, and have it mirror out to a port. Is that traffic only going to contain the stuff that was using HTTPS, or will it send everything that is allowed by that rule?  So I would get the http and https traffic to the mirrored port...
