Does SDWAN and bgp work together
or does sdwan only work with static route?
Because I want ping 8.8.8.8 to check link.

Thanks for posting your query.
You wanted to reach internet after configuring the ISP as SDWAN member, yes you can do it with the help of adding the default route (0.0.0.0/0) static route via SDWAN or in case you are having the BGP peering with the ISP you can allow the default route the BGP.
DOC for SDWAN
---------------
BGP works in SDWAN setup also.

What if the 2ebgp peers are in the same AS number?
As in the 2 sdwan members are in the same public ASN. Will work?

Uppzz this post.
If I have 1 logical firewall (2 physical), connected to 2 separate ISP links.
These 2 ISP links have the same public ASN number.
Can use SDWAN to load balance and failover the traffic?

Hi there,
Did you get an answer to the above. We have the same sort of setup, 2x HA Fortigates. I want to implement SDWAN and also will need something like BGP for the return traffic.
Chris.
