Does Fortigate 60D have router capability?
Hi,
Looking to upgrade my Vigor Draytek 3300 Router/Firewall to something a bit newer and secure. Im wondering if the Fortigate 60D has router capability?
I see there is 2 WAN ports and will be connecting to seperate lines into them but can I configure it to then setup network IP, Subnet & DNS?
Thanks

Yes, it does support both static and dynamic routing, including BFD.

Depending on your bandwidth requirement, and use for shaping, detection etc, I would consider getting a 60E instead. 60D really has some limitations when it comes to the CPU - which it has to use if you enable anything but plain routing (like BFD).
If you are going to just run BGP and OSPF or static/policy-routing, you should get around 0.8-1Gbps.

I agree. Shoot for FGT60E.
