Document Fingerprinting

Hi guys, Has anyone had any luck with getting document fingerprinting to work? I' ve configured our SMB share as a document source, but it never finds any documents to scan. I' ve tried all different type of paths (like /, /folder, //folder, \\folder, \folder, folder etc) and different user-names (user, user@domain, domain\user etc) but it still never finds any of the documents.

Just a quick update to this if anyone ran into the same problem. The quick fix is to delete the DLP Document Sources and recreate it, this time without selecting ' Scan Periodically' . For the credentials I used: UserName: administrator@domain.local Path: NameOfFolder Filename Pattern: * It should then scan your share correctly. I' m still unable to get ' Scan Periodically' to work though. I' ve forwarded to Fortinet to see if there is any trick to this.
