Display only 1 user abc@local.com

Hi All,

I have issue, when I move User&Device\Device\Device Definitions\ only 1 user abc@local.com & mac address for multi device. I using command "diagnose user device list", i find out "user abc@local.com src pop3"

Can you help me fix it?

Hi,

not sure I understand what and where you have moved.

However if src is pop3, then device identification is turned on on some interface and it created that device record from POP3 traffic spotted passing by.

If you have moved device in config, somehow, somewhere .. the src for those devices built in config should be 'configured'.
