Disable all accounts with out a token?

Is there a way to disable all accounts with out a token in bulk?

Well this is a security problem with no way to fox it but there is a workaround if anyone is interested. In RADIUS Service > Policies edit your policy on the "Authentication factors" check "Mandatory password and OTP".
