Difficulty Finding SSL VPN Configuration on FortiGate 40F

Hello,

I'm having trouble configuring an SSL VPN on my FortiGate 40F device. I've been searching for the corresponding configuration tab, but I can't seem to locate it anywhere. I also checked the "Core" section under "Feature Visibility," but to no avail. My firmware version is 7.4.4.

Could you please assist me in understanding why I'm unable to access the SSL VPN configuration? I greatly appreciate your help.

Thank you,

Hello kpatio,

For FortiOS 7.4.0, SSL VPN web mode, explicit web proxy, and interface mode IPsec VPN features will not work.

Enable SSL VPN feature visibility.

In the GUI:
Go to System > Feature Visibility.
In the Core Features section, enable SSL-VPN.
Click Apply.
In the CLI:
config system settings
set gui-sslvpn enable
end

Also more information about the changes in v7.4.0 please find in the Fortinet documentation >>

Best regards,

SSL-VPN has gotten further hidden in 7.4.4, you need to enable a toggle for it in the CLI first:

Thanks to everyone, I realized that I didn't use 'end' and maybe didn't save the configuration. Now I can see this part that I needed correctly
