Dhcpd use high cpu on 5.0.9

Hey there

 

Anyone experience something like high cpu usage on dhcpd service while dhcp server enabled on a single interface?

 

Does it worth any troubleshooting instead to apply latest 5.0 patch?

 

Already gone with diag sys kill on the service twice
