Device End of life

Hello,

If just find out that some Fortigate have End of Support Date (EOS) (https://support.fortinet.com/Information/ProductLifeCycle.aspx)

But i can't find some of them like:

-FortiGate-60D

-Fortigate-100D

-FortiGate-200D

-FortiGate-240D

Does it seems to be not yet announced for the Fortigate in "D" ?

Regards,

Nicolas

basically you could but without FortiCare Support you won't be able to download firmware images to update.

Anyhow EOL does not mean the device will stopp working then ;)

Plus as long as you have a valid FortiCare License for the device you will get support even though EOL. You paid for it.

Yup, they don't have an EOL until they are officially listed.

Had a customer ask how long they could utilize a FortiSwitch 224E-POE switch. I don't see this switch in the product life-cycle information yet (https://support.fortinet.com/Information/ProductLifeCycle.aspx). Does anyone have an idea as to how long something like this might still remain within End of Support Date (EOS)?

Can a customer update their switch if the switch is not under support? The FortiGate firewall will be under support.
