Detecting Huawei devices

Any guidance on how to detect Huawei devices on a network running Fortigate and FortiSwitch? I think that device detection will only give me "Android" but not specifically Huawei. I was able to find Huawei MAC address associations at https://www.adminsub.net/mac-address-finder/Huawei but I do not think that i can use a wildcard on a MAC ACL.  

I need to be able to detect and block Huawei devices on our network.
