Detailed user report issue

Hello Everyone,

I have FortiAnalyzer 200D current version 5.0.9 when i run the user detailed browsing log for any specific user the result is no matching data log appear i tried to upgrade to v 5.2.0 the same result i have test the dataset it's working kindly help me

Hi, do you have issue with other 2 reports under "Detailed User Report" folder with same "user or IP" filter. If all other report have same issue, please check logview and see if you have matching user or srcip data(for FOS 5.0log, check traffic log. For FOS4.3&5.2, check security->webfilter log). Otherwise, there should be something wrong during report generation, please run report under cli and post msg here(change "root" to your specified adom below).

Hi there, I didn't see your attachment, pls re-post.  BTW, I recommend you to request a customer ticket and post the ticket number here. I will follow it up.

No issue found in debug msg, this should be caused by webfilter log. Please provide https dirrect access in your ticket.
