Design guide on SD-WAN and explicit Proxy at the HQ/DC

Hi, this is my first post, so sorry if i didn't search enough on the forum before creating this thread :)

We have about 13 sites with mpls links and vpn backup over internet links. We are trying to implement SD-WAN and be able to re-direct traffic from known applications to the local internet link at each site.

The problem i found is that the company uses explicit proxy located at the central Datacenter so the traffic always goes there, and never matches sd-wan rules.

I've been researching on how to handle this and got oriented to check on PAC file on the proxy, but i'm lost here, not shure where to start so if any can guide me on documentation or links to read on how this can be achieved.
