Denied by forward policy check - Error

Since I have got my new fortigate 60c firewall, I can' t connect to my teamspeak and minecraft server (they run both on a little archlinux server) through the internet , and I always get a " Denied by forward policy check - Error" when anybody tries to connect to my server. But funnily enough ssh and ftp work without any kind of problem. I have spent hours trying to find a solution and digging through thousands of websites, but I was not able to make any progress. I hope somebody can give me a hint on how to solve this annoying problem. Thx, sgteam

Welcome to the forums. What service are you using that' s failing? Is it pre-defined of " home made" ?

It is a home made teamspeak and minecraft service. I have tried to open the neccesary ports for minecraft and teamspeak, but it does not work, and I always get the " Denied by forward policy check - Error. PS: How do i upload images?

What do your services look like? Sounds like the #1 issue with homemade services: The source port range needs to be 1024-65535, not the same as the destination. Correct that and try again.

To address the issue you're experiencing with your FortiGate 60C firewall, where connections to your TeamSpeak and Minecraft servers are being denied, the same issue is now happening with me. I was using Minecraft circle generators with it, which caused me trouble when using pixel circle generators.
