Demo access credentials not working

I received credentials for FortiAuthenticator -Demo, but I’m unable to log in with them. Could you please check if they are correct or let me know if I need to take any additional steps

No, I didn't contact any support from that.

Besides I recently tried  https://fortideceptor.fortidemo.com/ and it works fine. But fortinac demo doesn't accept the provided credentials.

I’ve already spoken to general support, and they advised me to reach out here to get help with accessing the demo. Do you know how I can contact technical support to request it?

I don't have a solution for that, except for FortiAuthenticator you can still download the VM and install it on your laptop for tests. It can run without license but limited to 5 user, 5 certificates, ... etc.

Regarding fortidemo I hope some Fortinet staff can provide a solution here.
