Deleting and Update User

Hi,

I want to delete user from my address book, it tells "invalid length of value" , and I try to update the user by changing the name but it tells "Entry not found"..

Please tell me why..

I'm only think in two possible situations:

1) The Fortigate unit is on conserve mode with a lot of CPU and RAM conssumption.

2) There's a error with the entry in that table.

You already tried to restart the unit? This happened with just one user but the rest is fine?

Try using the CLI to make the same changes. I've run into situations where the CLI will actually give you a usable error instead of entry not found.
